ABS Cruises & Tours is a family-owned
travel business in Greensboro, NC. We specialize in escorting groups on
wonderful cruise vacations. We are a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines
International Association - www.cruising.org),
NACTA (National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents -
www.nacta.com), Cruise & Vacation Specialists, Inc. -
www.candvs.com and GMA (Greensboro Merchants Association -
www.ggma.com).
Our president, Douglas W. Hodgson, has been
hooked on travel for more than 35 years. He was raised in Gold Beach,
Oregon, has visited all of the 50 states in the US, 11 of the 13 provinces
and territories of Canada (just returned from the Yukon!), 11 states in
Mexico, 9 countries in Europe, 3 in Central America, 2 in South America, 3
in Africa,
Bermuda, 18 Caribbean islands, backpacked north of the Arctic Circle,
climbed the highest mountains in 15 states of the US, gone on safari in
Tanzania and climbed to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak,
at 19,340 feet. He usually keeps a packed bag next to the door...
